== Step One - Generate a New Game == [[File:zl9ll3.jpg|thumb|Change Starting Race]] When you start a [[new game]] you will need to change the 'Starting Race' parameter from 'Sol System' to 'SpaceMaster Empire'. This tells the game not to use an earth based Sol start, and therefore all the starting data sections on the left will not be used. (Setup later in step 3) Once the game is set up as you wish and finished generating, click 'Select' to enter it.
