Jump Engine

The jump engine is a propulsion system that allows ships to engage in interstellar travel via a jump point. Ships without jump engines may still travel via assistance from a jump tender or transiting at a stabilized jump point.

A jump engine allows a ship to travel via an unstabilized jump point to another star system, or act as a jump tender to any number of other ships, as well as enables [squad jumps].
