Function
Refuelling Stations are installations in C# that allow a colony to load and unload fuel. Spaceports also function as refuelling stations, with additional effects as well, but they are significantly more expensive (3000 vs 1200). As fuel transfer to or from a colony is instant, there is no need to have more than one refuelling station on a planet (and you don't need any if the planet has a spaceport).
Misc
Refuelling stations take 250,000 tons of cargo space (or 10 standard Cargo Holds) to move.
