Template:Vb6 only Jump Gate Construction Modules is a component which can be used to build Jump Gates.

Usage

A Jump Gate Construction Ship is a design with a Jump Gate Construction Module. These designs gain the special 'construct jump gate' order at a jump point.

The "Jump Gate Construction Module 180" is the jumpgate prerequisite module, which would allow to construct a jumpgate in 180 days. Once the research project is completed, additional research will become available. "Jump Gate Construction Module [time]" will further reduce the amount of time required to build a jump gate, and "Small Jump Gate Construction Module", which has the benefit of being smaller in tonnage (HS), but will take 360 days game time to complete construction of a jump gate.

Note: The effect of Modules do not stack, only one ship can construct a gate on a point at a time, and only one Jump Gate can be built on a Jump Point ever.

Construction time is an estimate of how long would it take to stabilize a wormhole, in days. The 360 day construction module is better known as the "Small Jump Gate Construction Module". Research wise this is a stand alone system and is not a prerequisite system for any of the faster "Jump Gate Construction Module [time]" modules.
