Jump Point Stabilisation Module

Jump Point Stabilisation Modules are components which can be used to build Jump Gates. They are equivalent to the VB6 Jump Gate Construction Modules. They can also be used to stabilise Lagrange Points.

Usage

A Jump Point Stabilisation Ship is a design with a Jump Point Stabilisation Module. These designs gain the special "stabilise jump point" order at a jump point.

The "Jump Point Stabilisation Module 180" is the basic version of the module, and it lets a ship stabilise a jump point in 180 days. Once the research project is completed, additional research will become available. "Jump Point Construction Module [time]" will further reduce the amount of time required to build a jump gate, at the cost of being larger and more expensive modules. There is also the "Small Jump Point Stabilisation Module", which has the benefit of being smaller in tonnage (HS), but will take 360 days game time to complete construction of a jump gate.

Note: The effect of Modules do not stack. Only one ship can construct a gate on a point at a time, and only one Jump Gate can ever be built on each side of a Jump Point.

Construction time is an estimate of how long would it take to stabilise a wormhole, in days. The 360 day construction module is better known as the "Small Jump Point Stabilisation Module". Research-wise this is a standalone system, and is not a prerequisite system for any of the faster "Jump Point Stabilisation Module [time]" modules.
